I would like to first start by thanking you for taking the time to read a little about me, my career path, my goals and the dedication that I have as a Real Estate Agent. My name is Irma Cruz from Watson Realty. I began my real estate career working as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant in 1998 with Williams Island in Miami, Florida a luxury complex locate 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of South Florida. I was in charge of verify & follow-up all documents for closing (being in relation with setting up home inspections, appraiser, and Title and Mortgages Company. Sellers and /or Buyers and Attorneys to collect necessary documents to be ready for closing).  List new properties in MLS System, Prepare Realtors’ split commission, including Quick Book A/P, A/R also Bank reconciliation of Escrow and Operation Account, keep monthly sales reports. 

In addition, I was given the opportunity to work closely with lenders and title companies that latter on provided me the learning experiences of performing a closing procedure.

After having the opportunity and learning the ins and outs of the real estate industry, I later decided to get my real estate license in 2003. I believe that the experience that I had gain as a Real Estate Administrative allowed me to pursued with getting my real estate license and becoming a Real Estate Agent. In 2007, I decided to move to Central Florida and joined Watson Realty Corporation in Davenport, Florida, which later on in that same year I joined the National Realtor Association also National Notary Association.

I am also a proud University of Panama, graduate has a Bachelor in Business.I am bless with two beautiful children that have made me proud to be a mother but mostly very happy to know that they are my support in my career path. My oldest daughter who is a graduate from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Management and a mother to my first granddaughter. My youngest son who is currently in the U.S. Marines and currently studying to pursued his career in computers. 

 As a realtor, you can expect from me honesty and dedication. I like to treat all my clients with the ultimate respect and guide them, and always keeping in mind what is in the best interest for my client. I like to make sure that I always keep a good line of communication through out the there journey in find the house of their dream.
